Lunaria Recruitment is delighted to be working with a fantastic, well-established optical and hearing care practice in Golders Green, who are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Optical Manager to join their team.

This is a lovely opportunity for an experienced Optical Assistant or Supervisor who is ready to take that next step and progress into management.

The Role

As Assistant Optical Manager, you’ll play an important part in supporting the practice and helping the team deliver an excellent customer experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and managing a small team
• Motivating colleagues and helping them achieve their KPIs
• Supporting sales and commercial performance
• Training and developing team members
• Leading by example and maintaining high customer service standards
• Dispensing spectacles and supporting customers with their optical needs
• Carrying out pre-screening and minor adjustments
• Supporting administrative and general practice duties
• Helping to create a positive, supportive and successful team environment
