The Role

As the Optometrist, you will deliver exceptional clinical care while helping to create a premium experience for every patient.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive eye examinations.
• Providing expert clinical advice and personalised recommendations.
• Carrying out contact lens fittings, assessments and aftercare.
• Using advanced diagnostic technology to support patient outcomes.
• Supporting enhanced clinical services where required.
• Building strong relationships with patients and the wider team.
• Working collaboratively across the boutique, supporting the team beyond the test room and contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

About You

We are looking to speak with experienced Optometrists with 3+ years’ experience who are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care within a luxury independent environment.

The ideal candidate will be:

• GOC registered.
• Clinically confident with a strong patient-focused approach.
• Experienced in delivering high-quality eye examinations.
• Comfortable fitting contact lenses.
• Passionate about luxury service and creating memorable patient experiences.
• A confident communicator with a warm and approachable manner.
• Commercially aware while always maintaining excellent clinical standards.
• Keen to continue developing professionally.
• A genuine team player who enjoys working collaboratively.

Working Pattern

• Full-time position.
• Weekend commitment of either Saturday or Sunday.
• Working hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm.

Salary & Benefits
