Working pattern: Hybrid – onsite Thursday
Contract: 6 months

We are recruiting for experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Specialists for two contract opportunities within a major Oracle HCM programme.

We are looking for specialists in either of the following areas:

Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Strong hands-on Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation experience with Oracle Core HR. Experience should include Job Requisitions, Candidate Selection Process (CSP), Job Offers, Recruiting Types, Phases and States, Career Sites, Talent Communities and Recruiting Roles/Security. You should have experience across requirements gathering, solution design, workshops, configuration, testing and deployment.

Experience with Recruiting Booster, Oracle HCM integrations and Workforce Structures is also required. HDL/HSDL, REST APIs, OTBI, BI Publisher and other Oracle Talent modules would be advantageous.

2, Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management
We are also looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management Implementation Specialist with strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management solutions.

This is a 6-month contract, working hybrid in Coventry with onsite attendance on Thursdays.
