Are you a hands on order fulfilment leader with a passion for driving performance, improving processes, and developing people?

We’re supporting a growing, forward thinking organisation to find an Order Fulfilment Manager who can take ownership of warehouse operations and play a key role in shaping how fulfilment is delivered moving forward.

This role is about leading a team, refining processes, and thinking strategically to create a high performing, scalable operation.

You’ll be responsible for the end to end order fulfilment function, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and accurately. Alongside day to day operations, you’ll look at the bigger picture identifying opportunities to improve, automate, and future proof processes.

Key responsibilities include

  • Overseeing all order processing, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a team of 3 to achieve performance targets.
  • Reviewing and improving processes to drive efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Creating and maintaining a strong training structure to upskill the team and build resilience.
  • Monitoring stock levels and ensuring inventory accuracy.
  • Managing returns and resolving fulfilment issues to deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Tracking performance through KPIs and using data to drive decisions.
  • Working cross functionally with teams including Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Support.

I am keen to speak to candidates who bring a blend of operational expertise, leadership capability, and strategic thinking.

You’ll ideally have:

Proven experience in warehouse operations or order fulfilment.

  • A background in a SaaS or fast-paced, tech-enabled environment (highly desirable).
  • Experience managing and developing a team, with a focus on coaching and upskilling.
  • A strong process driven mindset and the ability to identify and implement improvements.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and fulfilment systems.
  • Confidence working with CRM/order management platforms and analysing data.
  • A proactive, “can do” attitude with a commitment to high standards.

Experience with LEAN or continuous improvement methodologies would be a real advantage.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that is committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and doing things the right way. You’ll have the autonomy to make an impact, influence how operations evolve, and help support to expand the business.

If you’re someone who enjoys getting into the detail whilst also thinking big picture, and you want a role where you can genuinely make a difference, I'd love to hear from you.
