Pertemps is recruiting Warehouse Pickers for a leading logistics operation in Banbury. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, fast-paced warehouse team with fixed shifts and no rotation.

Available shifts:

• Static Morning: 6:00am - 2:00pm / £13.50 p/hr

or

• Static Afternoon: 2:00pm - 10:00pm / £14.85 p/hr

Your duties will include:

• Picking orders accurately using handheld scanners
• Working efficiently to achieve daily targets
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working closely with warehouse colleagues and supervisors
• Lifting and handling goods safely

What we’re looking for:

• Good attention to detail
• A reliable and punctual approach to work
• The ability to remain active throughout the shift
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
