Order Picker

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join a busy warehouse team based in Snetterton. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable work with the potential to become a permanent member of staff.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:30

Key Responsibilities

• Pick furniture components and parts accurately in line with customer orders and production requirements
• Use pick lists, handheld scanners, or warehouse management systems to identify and select items
• Check picked items for quality and accuracy prior to dispatch
• Pack and prepare orders for internal production teams or customer delivery
• Maintain organised stock locations and ensure all inventory is stored correctly
• Assist with regular stock counts and inventory checks
• Report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to supervisors
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
• Keep work areas clean, tidy, and well organised

Requirements

• Previous experience in order picking, warehouse, or stores roles is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit and able to safely lift and move furniture components
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
