ORDER PROCESSING EXECUTIVE

Worcester | Full-Time | Monday to Friday

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Order Processing Executive to join a busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, communicating with customers and colleagues, and ensuring every detail is right first time. • Reviewing and cross-checking customer orders for accuracy
• Verifying products, quantities, pricing, specifications, and customer information
• Processing orders promptly within the business system
• Liaising with production, warehouse, operations, purchasing, and transport teams
• Booking deliveries and coordinating dispatch arrangements
• Sending order acknowledgements and keeping customers informed
• Managing customer enquiries regarding orders, lead times and deliveries
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Supporting the wider customer service team with phone and email enquiries
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements
