Do you know your way around a phone and enjoy the challenge of convincing people to speak to you?

We’re looking for Telesales Advisors to join a growing outbound Customer Services team.

This isn’t a script and smile role. You’ll be speaking with various customers conducting phone surveys and interviews. 

Previous telesales or appointment setting experience is essential, but we can consider candidates with the right personality. 

What you’ll be doing

Making outbound calls to decision makers across various industries 
Conducting phone surveys & interviews
Data entry & general administrative tasks
Hitting targets without cutting corners on quality

What we’re offering

£12.71 per hour, with scope to go higher for candidates with strong relevant experience (up to £13.50)
Bonus scheme
Part-time considered, minimum 5 hour shifts, 3 days a week
Full-time hours available 39 hours
Free on-site parking
