The Company:
ER Recruitment are delighted to be working with a successful and expanding organisation that is investing heavily in its sales function. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit Outbound Sales Executives to join their Birmingham team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys generating new business, building relationships with decision-makers, and managing opportunities through to close.
Role & Responsibilities of the Outbound Sales Executive:
- Proactively contact prospective customers through outbound telephone activity.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify customer needs and present suitable products and services.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to close.
- Follow up leads, quotations and sales opportunities to maximise conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity using CRM systems.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business.
About You as the Outbound Sales Executive:
- Previous experience in outbound sales, business development, telesales or lead generation.
- Confident making proactive sales calls and building rapport quickly.
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, resilient and self-motivated.
- Commercially aware with a consultative sales approach.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
