The Role
As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you'll contact existing and prospective customers to discuss appliance warranty products, identify their needs, and recommend the most suitable cover.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment where you'll be expected to build rapport quickly, overcome objections, and consistently achieve performance targets.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads
* Understanding customer needs and circumstances
* Explaining products and benefits in a clear and engaging way
* Recommending the most suitable warranty package
* Building trust and delivering an excellent customer experience
* Handling objections confidently and professionally
* Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For
* A minimum of 12 months' continuous sales experience within the last 3 years
* Experience in a target-driven environment such as telesales, contact centre sales, telemarketing, retention, insurance, utilities or similar outbound sales roles
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A resilient, motivated, and positive attitude
* The drive to achieve targets and maximise your earnings
