Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Outreach Learning Support Assistants to work with SEN students across Essex and surrounding areas.
This rewarding role involves supporting students within college settings, helping to enrich their educational experience, build confidence, and encourage independence.
The Role:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs
- Supporting students academically, socially, and emotionally
- Encouraging engagement and participation in learning
- Building positive relationships with students and staff
- Assisting students to develop life skills and confidence
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a school, college, or support worker setting
- A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for supporting young people with additional needs
- Ability to work flexibly across different locations
- Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
