We are recruiting Outreach Teachers to deliver 1:1 personalised learning to young people who are unable to access mainstream education. This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners with SEND, SEMH, or additional needs in a more focused, relationship‑led environment.

With immediate start dates available and ongoing work from September, this role offers both flexibility and long‑term potential.

The Role

  • Deliver personalised 1:1 sessions tailored to each learner
  • Support students to re‑engage with education and learning
  • Build confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing
  • Adapt your teaching approach to meet individual needs
  • Work in community settings such as homes, libraries, and local venues

About You

  • QTS or relevant teaching/support experience
  • Experience with SEND, SEMH or disengaged learners (desirable)
  • A patient, adaptable and nurturing approach
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
