We are recruiting Outreach Teachers to deliver 1:1 personalised learning to young people who are unable to access mainstream education. This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners with SEND, SEMH, or additional needs in a more focused, relationship‑led environment.
With immediate start dates available and ongoing work from September, this role offers both flexibility and long‑term potential.
The Role
- Deliver personalised 1:1 sessions tailored to each learner
- Support students to re‑engage with education and learning
- Build confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing
- Adapt your teaching approach to meet individual needs
- Work in community settings such as homes, libraries, and local venues
About You
- QTS or relevant teaching/support experience
- Experience with SEND, SEMH or disengaged learners (desirable)
- A patient, adaptable and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
