We're looking for an experienced Family Outreach Worker to join a dedicated team in Liverpool on a 3-month temporary contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference by supporting children, young people, and families, helping them overcome challenges and improve their overall wellbeing.

The Role

As a Family Outreach Worker, you will:

• Provide practical and emotional support to children, young people, and their families.
• Work closely with partner agencies to deliver tailored support plans.
• Promote positive outcomes and help families access the services they need.
• Manage a caseload while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children, young people, and families.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a varied caseload.
