Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive PA to provide executive support to two Managing Directors. This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll play a key role in supporting senior leadership, coordinating business activities, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Head Office.

- Manage complex diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute supporting documentation.
- Take meeting minutes and monitor follow-up actions.
- Arrange UK travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Manage emails, correspondence, and incoming communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and business documentation.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
- Coordinate company meetings, events, and hospitality.
- Support the day-to-day running of the Head Office, including office supplies and facilities.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Assist with document control, electronic approvals, and company administration.
- Support business projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- We're looking for someone who is professional, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator.
- Experience supporting Directors or senior leadership teams.
- Excellent diary and calendar management skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
