Personal Assistant
 
Location: Bolton
Salary: Up to £30,000 doe
Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive PA to provide executive support to two Managing Directors. This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll play a key role in supporting senior leadership, coordinating business activities, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Head Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated executive support to two Managing Directors.
  • Manage complex diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute supporting documentation.
  • Take meeting minutes and monitor follow-up actions.
  • Arrange UK travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Manage emails, correspondence, and incoming communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and business documentation.
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
  • Coordinate company meetings, events, and hospitality.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the Head Office, including office supplies and facilities.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
  • Assist with document control, electronic approvals, and company administration.
  • Support business projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills/Experience required:
  • We're looking for someone who is professional, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator.
  • Experience supporting Directors or senior leadership teams.
  • Excellent diary and calendar management skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
