About the Role

We are seeking experienced Package Managers to support the delivery of mechanical engineering construction projects. The successful candidates will be responsible for the management, coordination, and weekly planning of defined work packages, subcontractors, and trade interfaces.

The Package Manager will act as the main point of contact for assigned packages, particularly where packages involve 20 operatives or fewer. On larger-scale projects, Package Managers may also work under the direction of Construction Project Leads, supporting the delivery of larger work packages and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.

  • Report and manage non-conformances.
  • Plan weekly activities and coordinate trade interfaces.
