Location: Gateshead, Tyne and Wear

Contract: Temp to Perm
Salary: £12.80, moves to £13.16 when perm

Shifts: 3 shift rotation: 7am – 3pm, 3pm – 11pm, 11pm – 7am

We are seeking a Paker and Baler to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking Packer & Baler seeking a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are highly valued.

Our client operates within the food packaging manufacturing industry, producing high-quality products for packaging applications.

The Role

The successful Packer & Baler will be responsible for packing, weighing, labelling, and preparing finished goods for dispatch or storage, while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Duties will also include waste and bale management, stock handling, order picking and packing, completing paperwork, supporting production teams, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
