Picker/Packer and Machine Feeder

Pay: £12.91 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (Full Time)

Location: Shoeburyness

We are looking for a fast, energetic, and reliable Picker/Packer and Machine Feeder to join our client's busy production team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing finished products quickly and accurately.
• Sealing boxes and bags ready for dispatch.
• Stacking finished boxes safely onto pallets.
• Feeding materials into production machines.
• Working on a conveyor belt and production line.
• Operating a press machine (training provided where required).
• Wrapping finished pallets ready for shipment.
• Feeding sheets into machinery.
• Cutting products using production machinery.
• Maintaining quality standards and keeping the work area clean and organised.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Previous production or warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training can be provided.
