Packhouse Operative

Location: Evesham
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 6:00am–3:00pm weekend availability required
Type: Full-time

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Packhouse Operatives to join a busy fresh produce operation in Evesham.

You’ll be working as part of a team preparing fresh fruit and vegetables for packing and dispatch. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail, teamwork and a strong work ethic are important.

Your main responsibilities:

• Weighing and quality-checking fresh produce before packing
• Packing products accurately and efficiently
• Preparing customer orders for dispatch
• Packing products into boxes and crates
• Palletising completed orders
• Keeping your work area clean and tidy throughout the shift
• Following food hygiene, health & safety and site procedures
• Working to production and order deadlines

• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Available to work weekends
• Flexible and willing to work additional hours when required
• Previous packhouse, food production or warehouse experience is helpful but not essential
