Pay: £12.74 per hour + Overtime
Location: Speke, L24
Shifts: 06:00-14:00 (Overtime available)
Days: Monday-Friday (early finish Friday)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Packing Line Operative / Quality Checker to join a busy food production team. This is a fast-paced role working on a packing line, where you will be responsible for quality checking products and packing them into boxes ready for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting quality checks on products moving along a fast-paced packing line
• Identifying and removing damaged, defective, or sub-standard items
• Packing products into boxes in line with customer specifications
• Ensuring products are packed accurately and to the required standard
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times
• Working towards daily production targets
• Keeping work areas clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience within a food production, packing, or manufacturing environment is essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-moving production environment
• Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures
