Job Details

• Position: Packing/Manufacturing Operative
• Location: Livesey Street, Sheffield, S6 2AP
• Job Type: Temporary - ongoing
• Pay Rate: £12.71 - £15.51/hour
• Shifts: Morning: 5:50 AM - 1:50 PM, Afternoon: 1:50 PM - 9:50 PM, Night: 9:50 PM - 5:50 AM

*Must be flexible with all the above shifts*

Responsibilities:

• Check product quality, meticulously removing any damaged or defective items from the production line.
• Ensure trays are correctly filled and stacked for the next stage of production.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, strictly adhering to all health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily production targets.
• Perform other reasonable duties as required by the management team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory experience in packing or manufacturing within a warehouse or factory environment.
• Good understanding of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work at speed.
• Physically fit to handle the manual requirements of the role.
• Basic understanding of health and safety standards and basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts throughout the week as required.
