About the Role

We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Packing Operatives to join a busy food production facility. The company specialises in producing a range of food snacks, including crisps and pork scratchings.

The successful candidates will work as part of a production and packing team, ensuring products are prepared, packed and presented to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing food products safely and efficiently.
• Working on a fast-paced production line.
• Checking products and packaging for quality.
• Labelling and preparing finished products for dispatch.
• Following food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures.
• Keeping the work area clean and tidy.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
• Following instructions from supervisors and management.
• Carrying out other general production duties as required.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

14:00 - 22:00

Requirements

• Previous food production or packing experience is preferred.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good team-working skills.
• Able to follow instructions and food hygiene procedures.
• Must have all required PPE for the role.
• A good understanding of workplace health and safety.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for candidates who are dependable, hardworking and have a positive attitude. Previous experience within a food manufacturing or production environment would be an advantage.
