Overview

I'm currently recruiting for a Physiotherapist to join a specialist SEND school in North London.

This is a great opportunity to join an established therapy team supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs. You'll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, teachers and support staff as part of a multidisciplinary team, helping pupils achieve their full potential both in and out of the classroom.

The role includes carrying out physiotherapy assessments, planning and reviewing treatment programmes, assessing seating and postural needs, contributing to EHCPs and Annual Reviews, attending MDT meetings and working closely with school staff and families to embed therapy strategies into everyday learning.

They're happy to consider both permanent applicants and Physiotherapists looking for a long-term locum position, so there's flexibility depending on what you're looking for.

Both full-time and part-time applications are welcome.

Requirements

• HCPC registered Physiotherapist
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physiotherapy recognised by the relevant professional bodies
• Around 3 years' paediatric Physiotherapy experience
• Experience working with children with SEND
• Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Experience assessing seating and postural needs is desirable
• Enhanced DBS (we can put this in process for you)
