Paid Media Executive / Paid Media Specialist, GoogleAds, ECommerce - £26k-£36k - London (Hybrid)
We are working with a growing London marketing agency that is looking to add a Paid Media Executive / Specialist to its team.

This role would suit someone who is particularly strong in Google Ads and enjoys the performance side of paid media. You might already be working almost exclusively across Google, or you may have broader paid media experience but naturally lean towards paid search.

Candidates MUST have eCommerce experience.

You will be working across eCommerce clients, managing and optimising campaigns with a strong focus on commercial performance, revenue and return on ad spend. There will also be the opportunity to broaden your experience across other paid channels over time.

What they are looking for:

• Hands on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Strong experience across Paid Search
• Genuine eCommerce experience is essential
• Experience working towards ROAS, revenue and conversion targets
• Ideally some exposure to Google Shopping and Performance Max
• Experience with Google Merchant Centre would be beneficial
• Comfortable analysing campaign performance and making optimisation recommendations
• Good understanding of budgets, pacing and performance reporting
• Broader Paid Social or other channel experience is useful but not essential
• Someone who enjoys being hands on and wants to continue developing their paid media skillset

This could work particularly well for someone currently in a Paid Media Executive, PPC Executive, Paid Search Executive, PPC Specialist or Paid Media Specialist role who wants to build deeper expertise while also gaining exposure to a broader mix of channels.

The agency is based in London W6, the role is in the office 3 days per week.
