Paid Media Manager

Location: Aylesbury

Our client is currently seeking a Paid Media Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The Paid Media Manager will be required to take full ownership of the paid media function, driving strategy, media planning, and hands-on campaign management across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop paid media strategies aligned to client objectives and revenue targets.
  • Build structured media plans across platforms and funnel stages.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, scaling, and efficiency.
  • Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across search and social platforms.
  • Continuously monitor performance and optimise towards ROAS and revenue.
  • Manage budgets effectively across channels and campaigns.
  • Analyse performance data and provide clear, commercially focused insights.
  • Ensure campaigns are driving revenue, not just leads or traffic.
  • Identify and implement testing strategies to improve results over time.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns.
  • Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
  • Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement.
  • Experience analysing data and translating it into clear actions.
