THE ROLE
As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint finishes across a variety of vehicles while maintaining manufacturer and industry standards.
Key responsibilities include:
·Preparing vehicles and panels for paint application
·Mixing and colour matching paints accurately
·Applying primer, basecoat and clearcoat finishes
·Carrying out paint refinishing work to a high standard
·Identifying and rectifying paint defects where required
·Ensuring all work is completed within agreed timescales
·Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
·Working closely with bodyshop colleagues to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a busy accident repair centre or Bodyshop environment and take pride in delivering quality workmanship.
·Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Paint Technician or Paint Refinisher
·Strong knowledge of modern paint application techniques
·Experience working within a Bodyshop or accident repair environment
·Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
·Excellent attention to detail
·Strong organisational and time management skills
·Team player with a positive attitude
·Full UK Driving Licence preferred
