THE ROLE
As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you will play a key role in restoring vehicles to manufacturer and customer standards. Working alongside a skilled Bodyshop team, you will be responsible for producing consistently high-quality paint finishes while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail throughout the repair process.
Key Responsibilities:
·Prepare repaired panels and vehicles ready for the paint process.
·Mix and apply paint accurately using modern spraying techniques and equipment.
·Carry out colour matching and blending to achieve a seamless factory-quality finish.
·Polish, denib and complete final finishing work where required.
·Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
·Work closely with Panel Beaters, MET Technicians and the wider Bodyshop team to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround.
·Follow all manufacturer processes and health and safety procedures.
·Carry out quality inspections to ensure every repair meets the highest standards before handover.
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an experienced and quality-driven Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician who takes pride in delivering outstanding workmanship.
You will ideally have:
·Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician / Vehicle Paint Technician / Paint Refinisher within a busy accident repair centre or Bodyshop.
·Strong knowledge of modern paint application techniques and colour matching.
·The ability to work efficiently without compromising on quality.
·Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing first-class repairs.
·A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
·A full UK driving licence is desirable.
