The Role

As a Paint Sprayer, you'll be responsible for preparing and refinishing accident-damaged vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring every repair leaves the workshop with a flawless, factory-quality finish. Working with modern equipment and premium paint systems, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles and panels ready for painting.
• Mix paints accurately to achieve perfect colour matches.
• Apply water-based paint systems using manufacturer-approved techniques.
• Produce high-quality paint finishes to manufacturer standards.
• Carry out final quality inspections to ensure every repair is defect-free.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Work efficiently while consistently delivering exceptional workmanship.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer or Paint Technician within a busy accident repair centre.
• Extensive experience using water-based paint systems.
• City & Guilds qualification or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of modern vehicle refinishing techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail with pride in producing outstanding quality.
• Stable employment history within the automotive repair industry.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
