THE ROLE
As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you will be responsible for preparing and refinishing accident-damaged vehicles, ensuring paintwork is completed efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

·Prepare vehicle surfaces for refinishing, including sanding, filling, masking and priming.
·Mix and apply paint using appropriate spray equipment and refinishing techniques.
·Carry out colour matching, blending and refinishing work to achieve a high-quality finish.
·Inspect completed paintwork and rectify imperfections where required.
·Work closely with Panel Beaters and other Bodyshop technicians to maintain an efficient repair process.
·Complete allocated repairs within agreed time scales while maintaining excellent workmanship.
·Follow relevant health and safety procedures when handling paints, solvents and workshop equipment.
·Maintain spray equipment, tools and the working area in a clean and professional condition.

ABOUT YOU
This opportunity would suit an experienced Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician / Paint Refinisher / Vehicle Painter who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes.

·Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer or Paint Technician within a professional Bodyshop or accident repair environment.
·Recognised qualification in Vehicle Refinishing (NVQ / IMI / City & Guilds / ATA or equivalent), with a commitment to continuous professional development.
·Strong knowledge of modern vehicle paint systems, colour matching, blending and refinishing techniques.
·Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
·Ability to work efficiently while maintaining consistently high standards.
·Strong organisation and the ability to work effectively as part of a skilled workshop team.
·Professional approach to health and safety when working with paint products and workshop equipment.
·A full UK driving licence.
