Paint Sprayer

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, Sunseeker, for an experienced Marine Paint Sprayer to join their team working on high-end luxury yachts and superyachts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying premium coatings and finishes to an exceptional standard, achieving a flawless, mirror-quality finish that meets the highest standards expected within the luxury yacht industry.

• Prepare surfaces to a high standard, including sanding, masking and priming
• Apply primers, topcoats and clear finishes using professional spray equipment
• Mix and prepare paints and coatings to precise specifications
• Maintain strict quality and finish standards throughout all stages of the process
• Inspect finished work and identify and rectify defects such as runs, orange peel and other imperfections
• Work accurately to tight tolerances and project deadlines
• Maintain clean and organised working areas
• Follow all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

• Proven experience as a Marine Paint Sprayer or in high-end automotive spraying
• Strong knowledge of marine coatings and professional spray systems
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to achieving a premium finish
• Ability to work accurately to tight tolerances and deadlines
• Good understanding of surface preparation, paint application and finishing processes

• Previous experience working on luxury yachts or superyachts
• Formal certification in spray painting, coatings application or a related discipline
• Experience working with high-end marine paint systems and premium finishes

You will be a highly skilled and detail-focused Paint Sprayer who takes pride in delivering exceptional results. You should have a strong eye for finish quality, a professional approach to your work and the ability to consistently achieve the high standards expected by Sunseeker and within the luxury yacht industry.
