We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Paint Technician vacancy based in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to join a reputable, small-sized bodyshop that values quality and craftsmanship. The successful Paint Technician will be responsible for delivering high-standard finishes from start to finish, encompassing preparation, priming, painting, and polishing.

Benefits for the successful Paint Technician:
  • Basic salary up to £45,000 per annum
  • OTE approximately £50,000 including bonuses
  • Monday to Friday working week
  • Early finish on Fridays

Duties of the Paint Technician:
  • Manage the full repair process including prep, prime, paint, and polish
  • Carry out all work efficiently within manufacturer repair times
  • Paint both half and full bumpers
  • Ensure high-quality finishes to meet customer expectations
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels at all times
  • Handle full job flow from start to finish, demonstrating attention to detail
Requirements of the Paint Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Paint Technician or Paint Sprayer
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong eye for detail and quality assurance
  • Good communication skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities; ATA qualification advantageous but not essential
  • Commitment to delivering excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction
