We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable accident repair centre based in Croydon, Surrey, for the position of Paint Sprayer. Duties of a Paint Sprayer:
  • Replacing or repairing vehicle panels to a high standard and manufacturer specifications
  • Preparing, spraying, and polishing vehicles to achieve a flawless finish
  • Assisting with vehicle preparation and ensuring quality control throughout the painting process
  • Collaborating with colleagues and discussing repair requirements with customers
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail at every stage
Requirements of a Paint Sprayer:
  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a Paint Sprayer or similar role
  • Full relevant accreditation or ATA qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle prep, spray, and polish techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
  • Good communication skills with a team-focused attitude
