We are recruiting for a Paint Sprayer to join a reputable body shop located in the Exeter Area, Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer seeking a role in a modern, well-equipped workshop with a dedicated team. Our client is committed to delivering high-quality vehicle paintwork and offers a stable, professional environment with clear career progression potential. 

Benefits:
  • Salary approximately £35,000, dependent on experience
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hours – no weekend work
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

Duties of a Paint Sprayer:
  • Carrying out precise paint repairs on vehicle panels
  • Performing panel preparation and light repairs
  • Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards with attention to detail
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Working efficiently within a team to meet deadlines
  • Assisting with minor repairs as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within an automotive setting
  • Excellent knowledge of vehicle paint systems and application techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organisational skills and reliability
  • Must demonstrate a passion for delivering top-quality finishes
