We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer to join our client's well-established Accident Repair Bodyshop Group in Slough, Berkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to work within a reputable company offering clear career progression and ongoing training.

  • Salary up to £24 per hour or £56,160 basic salary with performance-based bonus potential
  • Overtime paid at time and a half
  • 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings as required

Duties:
  • Completely manage painting jobs from preparation to finishing, including priming, painting, and polishing
  • Prepare surfaces and apply high-quality paint finishes adhering to manufacturer standards
  • Complete work on bumper repairs, partial, and full vehicle panels
  • Maintain highest level of quality to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work efficiently within designated repair times to meet productivity targets
  • Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
Requirements for the Paint Sprayer position:
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within an automotive bodyshop environment
  • NVQ or ATA qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrable commitment to delivering flawless finishes
