Our client, a leading automotive repair group based in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire, is seeking an experienced and skilled Paint Sprayer to join their busy workshop.   • Competitive basic salary from £45,885 to £50,057 per annum

  • Full-time, 40-hour week shift pattern with full training provided
  • Initial six months on day shift (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm), transitioning to evening shift (Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm)

Duties as a :
  • Prepare and apply paint to vehicles adhering to manufacturer specifications and quality standards
  • Ensure a flawless finish by mixing and colour matching paints accurately
  • Inspect vehicles prior to painting to assess repair requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment to meet health and safety standards
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to communicate progress
  • Adhere to all safety and quality regulations throughout the process
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within the automotive industry
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Painting and Refinishing
  • A keen eye for detail and high standards of workmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
