Our client, a well-established independent commercial vehicle bodyshop in Feltham, Greater London, is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to work within a reputable, family-run environment that values quality craftsmanship and staff development.

  • Salary up to £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience and skills
  • Monday to Thursday working week with early finish on Fridays at 3.45pm

Duties:
  • Prepare vehicle panels and surfaces for painting, ensuring quality standards
  • Mix and colour-match paints to manufacturer specifications
  • Apply primers, basecoats, and clearcoats using modern spray painting techniques
  • Carry out blending and refinishing work for high-quality finishes
  • Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure workflow efficiency
  • Ensure all repairs are carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality
Requirements for the Paint Sprayer position:
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer, ideally within a commercial vehicle or accident repair environment
  • Strong skills in paint preparation, colour-matching, and refinishing
  • Knowledge of modern paint systems and application techniques
  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering premium workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
