We are currently seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer / Prepper to join a reputable fleet bodyshop located in Bromley. Duties:
- Preparing vehicles for painting, including filler work and other prep activities
- Applying paint using advanced spray techniques to ensure a superior finish
- Polishing and finishing painted panels to meet exacting standards
- Working efficiently to adhere to deadlines and production targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assisting with additional tasks such as stripping, fitting, or panel work when required
Requirements for the Paint Sprayer / Prepper position:
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Prepper / Painter, or similar role
- Skilled in filler work and paint application processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Self-motivated with flexible approach to working hours
- Previous experience within fleet repair environments is highly desirable
