Paint Sprayer Duties:
  • Prepare vehicles by priming, masking, and ensuring surfaces are ready for painting
  • Apply high-quality paint layers using industry-standard techniques suited for automotive repairs
  • Match paint colours accurately to factory standards
  • Ensure painted vehicles conform to quality inspection criteria
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote efficiency
  • Collaborate effectively within a team to meet tight deadlines
  • Carefully inspect finished work and perform polishing where required
  • Strict adherence to safety regulations, utilising PPE and RPE at all times
Requirements:
  • At least three years’ hands-on experience as a Paint Sprayer within an automotive repair environment
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive paint processes and techniques
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on high standards
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
  • Proven capability to meet deadlines in target-driven settings
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varied hours with a positive and reliable attitude
