We are working on behalf of a reputable, family-run bodyshop in Epsom to recruit a Paint Sprayer This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a supportive team environment that values craftsmanship and dedication.

Duties of the Paint Sprayer:
  • Prepping vehicles for painting and polishing to meet high-quality standards
  • Applying paint and ensuring a smooth, professional finish
  • Polishing and finishing to restore vehicles to showroom quality
  • Supporting and passing on skills to an apprentice
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
  • Contributing to continuous process improvements
Requirements of the Paint Sprayer:
  • Proven experience in vehicle preparation, painting, and polishing
  • Reliability and consistency in work performance
  • Ability to mentor and train less experienced colleagues
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative workspace
  • Passion for delivering high-quality results and continuous improvement
