- Perform all vehicle paint spraying tasks to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Complete all jobs within the estimated paint times, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Safeguard vehicles and contents during repairs, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Interpret and apply technical data and instructions accurately.
- Utilise all paint mixing schemes, drying equipment, and repair techniques according to best practice.
- Ensure all vehicles comply with safety and quality standards before handover.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the Bodyshop Manager regarding work orders and processes.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Fully qualified Vehicle Paint Sprayer to NVQ Level 3, ATA accredited, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong, stable experience working as a Paint Sprayer, with a proven track record of high-quality workmanship.
- Valid driving licence.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and meet targets.
- Knowledge of PAS 125 standards or ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential.
- A committed, team-oriented individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
