We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly skilled Paint Sprayer to join a leading accident repair centre in Bromsgrove. The successful individual will be a key member of the team, delivering top-quality finishes on accident-damaged vehicles.   • Competitive hourly rate of £20, dependent on experience
  • Overtime opportunities available
  • Monday to Friday working pattern, 8:00am–5:00pm
  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays

Duties of the Paint Sprayer:
  • Preparing vehicles for painting, including masking and sanding
  • Mixing and matching paints to achieve precise colour matches
  • Applying paint and lacquer to a high standard, ensuring flawless finishes
  • Producing high-quality paintwork on accident-damaged vehicles
  • Ensuring all work complies with quality and safety standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in line with health and safety requirements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within the automotive industry
  • ATA qualification is preferred but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent finishing skills
  • Ability to produce a consistent, high-quality paint job
  • Pride in workmanship and a professional approach
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team environment
