We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer on behalf of a well-established Accident Repair Centre in Bedford. Due to increased workshop volumes, the business is seeking to add a skilled Paint Sprayer to its team. This Paint Sprayer role offers a competitive basic salary, long-term stability, and opportunities for growth within a reputable company.

  • Monday to Friday working hours, 7:30am to 5:00pm, with flexible start and finish times

Duties:
  • Carry out vehicle paint spraying to a high standard, ensuring a professional finish
  • Prepare vehicles and panels for painting, including masking and sanding
  • Mix and match paint colours accurately to specification
  • Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and manufacturer guidelines
  • Work efficiently to meet repair deadlines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues within the bodyshop team
  • Uphold high standards of health, safety, and quality control
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within an accident repair centre or bodyshop
  • Strong preparation and paint application skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality results
  • Professional approach to work and excellent time management
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
  • A full UK driving licence is desirable but not mandatory
