Paint Sprayer

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Paint Sprayer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and applying high-quality paint finishes to manufactured products while maintaining production schedules and ensuring quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting parts.
• Mix paints, primers, and coatings according to manufacturer specifications.
• Operate airless, HVLP, or conventional spray equipment to apply coatings evenly and efficiently.
• Monitor paint thickness, finish quality, and coverage to ensure products meet company standards.
• Perform touch-ups and rework as needed.
• Maintain spray booths, guns, hoses, and other painting equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling and storage of paints, solvents, and hazardous materials.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an industrial paint sprayer or in a manufacturing paint environment.
• Knowledge of spray painting techniques, equipment, and finishing processes.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
