This is a permanent position with a well-established fabrication business, offering steady hours, a supportive workshop team, and the security of a long-term role where you can settle in and become a key part of production all while benefiting from further training and the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through premium overtime.

You'll be joining a respected local manufacturer with a long track record in bespoke metal products, where quality matters and your workmanship is genuinely valued on high-profile architectural items.

You'll be based in the Taunton workshop, preparing, spraying and finishing metal components, carrying out quality checks, and supporting with assembly work prior to delivery.

This role suits a Paint Sprayer who is motivated by stability, a reliable weekday routine, and taking pride in consistent, high-quality work in a workshop environment.

The Role:

• Surface preparation, paint spraying and finishing of metal components in a workshop
• Quality-focused work on architectural metalwork, with some support in assembly before dispatch
• Monday to Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm, Friday 8:00am-4:00pm (overtime available up to 10 hours/week)

The Person:

• Paint Sprayer
• Ideally experienced spraying metalwork (automotive/industrial paint spraying also considered)
• Commutable to Taunton
