Paint Sprayer

Hours: Mon-Thurs 6am-4.30pm
Pay: £16.50 p/h

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established trailer manufacturer in Doncaster for an experienced Skilled Paint Sprayer to join their busy production team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone with strong industrial or body shop spraying experience who takes pride in producing a high-quality finish.

• Preparing trailer chassis and components for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking and priming
• Applying 2K primers, top coats and lacquers using air-assist spray equipment, pressure pots and suction guns
• Carrying out quality checks, including WFT/DFT measurements, touch-ups and final finish inspections
• Maintaining spray equipment, tools and booth areas to a safe and clean standard
• Following all COSHH, site health and safety, and safe working procedures at all times
• Working as part of the production team to meet quality standards and deadlines

• Minimum 3 years’ paint spraying experience within manufacturing, commercial vehicle, trailer, automotive or body shop environments
• Confident using 2K paint systems and relevant spray equipment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing a consistent, high-quality finish
• Good understanding of preparation work, masking, priming and finishing processes
• Ability to work safely, efficiently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards

• Full-time, permanent position
