Painter and Decorators (x2) – Internal Social Housing Project
Location: Bognor Regis
Duration: 6–8 weeks (Immediate Start)
Rate: Competitive (Dependent on experience) up to £25.00 ph 

📌 Role Overview

We are seeking two skilled and reliable Painter and Decorators for an immediate start on a high-volume social housing refurbishment project in Bognor Regis. This is a 6-to-8-week contract focusing entirely on high-quality internal works. 

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Internal Painting: Deliver professional interior painting and surface preparation across various social housing properties.
• Quality Workmanship: Ensure a clean, sharp, and consistent finish that meets client and tenant expectations.
• Efficiency & Safety: Work efficiently within occupied or void properties while maintaining a safe, tidy workspace.

📋 Requirements

• Tools & Attire: Must provide your own professional brushes, rollers, and standard whites.
• Certifications: A valid CSCS card is preferred, though not mandatory for this role.
• Experience: Proven track record in internal painting, ideally within social housing or residential sectors.
• Reliability: Must be reliable, punctual, and available for an immediate start.
