Painter Decorator

Role Details:

• Requirements: Experienced Painter & Decorator
• Night shifts - Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
• Duties: 4 weeks painting and decorating - School site no DBS Required
• Rates and benefits: £170 per day (CIS) pay

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and applying primers to ensure optimal adhesion of paints and finishes
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials responsibly
• Conduct inspections during and after projects to ensure quality standards are met and touch up as necessary
• Follow health and safety regulations diligently to prevent accidents on site and protect yourself and others

Experience

• Proven experience in construction painting or decorating roles with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Valid driving license is preferred for transportation between job sites
• Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and clients
• Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines
