GM Recruitment is recruiting experienced Painters & Decorators for a prestigious high-end residential refurbishment project in Notting Hill.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a luxury property where attention to detail and a high-quality finish are essential. We are looking for decorators who take pride in their workmanship and have experience delivering exceptional standards on premium residential projects.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing surfaces to a high standard, including filling, sanding and making good.
• Applying emulsion, eggshell, gloss and specialist finishes.
• Wallpaper hanging and fine finishing (advantageous).
• Protecting completed work areas and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.
• Working closely with site management and other trades to ensure programme deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• Proven experience on high-end residential refurbishment projects.
• Minimum Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card (essential).
• Excellent preparation and finishing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Own brushes, rollers and hand tools.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Reliable, punctual and professional with a strong work ethic.
