• Prepare interior and exterior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, stripping, filling, and repairing damaged areas.
• Restore and preserve historic and decorative finishes using appropriate restoration techniques.
• Apply primers, undercoats, paints, varnishes, stains, and specialist coatings to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Hang premium wallpapers, murals, and specialist wall coverings with precision.
• Carry out timber repairs, filling, caulking, and finishing to restore original architectural features.
• Match existing paint colours and finishes to maintain the character of heritage buildings.
• Protect valuable fixtures, furniture, flooring, and historic features throughout the project.
• Work from restoration drawings, specifications, and conservation guidelines.
• Collaborate with site managers, conservation specialists, architects, and other skilled trades.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and heritage conservation standards.
