Are you a highly skilled, reliable Painter & Decorator looking for long-term financial security and a consistent pipeline of work in the North East?

We are a premier contracting firm with an extensive portfolio of high-specification commercial and premium residential projects across Newcastle. We are currently expanding our core team for a major 1-year contract, with immediate progression onto our subsequent 2027 project pipeline for the right tradespeople.

• Competitive Pay: £21.00 per hour, paid weekly via the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS).

• Guaranteed Hours: Minimum 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with optional weekend overtime available).

• Long-Term Stability: Secure 12-month initial contract with guaranteed continuous workflow from us immediately afterwards.

• Prime Locations: All sites are centrally located in the Newcastle area with excellent transport links and access.

• Execute internal and external painting and decorating to an exceptional, handover-ready standard.

• Hand-paint, roll, and prepare various surfaces (including plaster, woodwork, and metalwork) across high-traffic commercial settings.

• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while strictly adhering to on-site health and safety regulations.

• Represent the company professionally when interacting with site management, clients, and other trades.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following:

• Qualifications: A valid CSCS Card (Blue Skilled or Gold Advanced preferred).

• Experience: Significant, verifiable experience in commercial and/or high-end domestic painting and decorating.

• Equipment: Your own comprehensive kit of professional tools and full PPE/clean whites.

• Transport: Reliable transport to commute to various sites across Newcastle.
