Painter - Large-Scale Industrial Refurbishment

I'm working with a refurbishment contractor delivering a large-scale industrial refurbishment project and they're looking to appoint an experienced Painter to join the team.

The role will involve general painting and decorating works across the refurbishment, working alongside other trades to help keep the project on programme and to a high standard.

The Role:

• Carrying out painting and decorating works across the industrial refurbishment
• Preparing surfaces, including filling, sanding and priming
• Applying emulsion, gloss and other finishes as required
• Completing finishing and snagging works
• Working from drawings and specifications where required
• Coordinating with other trades on site
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Painter/Decorator
• Previous experience on commercial or industrial refurbishment projects preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider site team
• Good attention to detail and quality of finish
• CSCS card required
• Own tools and PPE required
